At GWS Parts we aim to please and prefer long-term relationships over short-term gains. If you ever experience problems with any of our products, just let us know and we will work towards a suitable solution. That said, as with any company, we do have ground rules that apply to our sales.
Offers & availability
- Our offers are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.
- All parts are offered subject to continued availability. Stock levels can change between the time of quoting and the time of ordering.
- The information contained on this website is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical, technical or descriptive errors.
Pricing & handling
- For orders below EUR 250 we charge a EUR 45 handling fee.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, the costs of shipping are not included in our offers. Shipping will be quoted separately or invoiced at cost.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. See our International Shipping page for VAT information applicable to your location.
Returns & faulty parts
- All sales are final.
- Return of faulty parts must be previously authorised by GWS Parts. No credit note will be issued for any unauthorised return.
- The request for return authorisation must be received by GWS Parts within 30 days following delivery of the parts.
- The part must be physically received by GWS Parts within 2 months of authorisation being granted. Beyond this period, the return authorisation is cancelled and no credit note will be issued.
Repair & reconditioning
- For all repair quotes, a standard EUR 300 assessment fee will be invoiced to the customer in the event that the part cannot be repaired, or if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after assessment.
Governing conditions
Our offers, deliveries and contracts are subject to the METAALUNIE CONDITIONS, filed with the Court Registry in Rotterdam on 1 January 2008. A copy of these conditions is available upon request by contacting us at parts@gws.nl.
