We source and supply obsolete, discontinued and hard-to-find electronic and mechanical components to engineers and maintenance teams worldwide - from a single warehouse in Nieuwkuijk, the Netherlands.
GWS Parts is the parts sales division of GWS Printing Systems B.V., based in Nieuwkuijk, North Brabant. We specialise in sourcing and supplying electronic and mechanical components that are obsolete, discontinued, or simply difficult to find through regular channels.
Our inventory is built from decades of activity in the industrial machinery sector - dismantling, relocating and reconditioning large-scale equipment from manufacturers around the world. Every usable component is inspected, catalogued and made available to engineers and maintenance teams who need to keep their equipment running. We offer an alternative to long OEM lead times, high new-part prices, and the growing problem of obsolescence.
In 2018, GWS Printing Systems - including GWS Parts - became part of the manroland Goss web systems group, the world's leading supplier of web offset printing solutions. manroland Goss web systems is headquartered in Augsburg, Germany and operates globally across four business areas: System Solutions, Engineered Solutions, Service Solutions, and E-Commerce Solutions.
This acquisition brought GWS closer to the original equipment manufacturer's knowledge base, technical documentation and global dealer network - while allowing GWS to continue operating with the entrepreneurial approach and specialist focus it built its reputation on.
The combined organisation means that GWS Parts customers benefit from both the deep independent inventory GWS has built over many years and access to the broader manroland Goss technical ecosystem - the best of both worlds for a press room that needs to keep running.
Our inventory spans electronic drives, control systems, circuit boards, mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, hydraulics and more. We have particular depth in components from the following manufacturers:
Parts range from servo drives, circuit boards, frequency inverters and control panels to mechanical assemblies, bearings, rollers and complete modules. Most items ship same day from stock for orders confirmed before 14:00 CET. For urgent breakdown situations we can also arrange same-day taxi delivery, depending on destination.
Our team works directly with press operators and maintenance engineers. When you contact us, you speak with someone who understands your equipment. We can identify parts by article code, OEM code, or by description - and if we have something that fits, we'll tell you clearly what condition it is in and what it costs.
We sell new, used and reconditioned parts. Condition is always stated clearly on every item. Used parts are inspected before listing. Where we offer reconditioning - for example on circuit boards and electronic modules - the work is documented.
We ship worldwide. Most orders to Europe arrive within two to three working days. Orders confirmed before 14:00 CET ship same day. For urgent breakdowns we can also arrange same-day taxi delivery to destinations where time truly cannot wait - contact us to discuss options.
